For GapGun Service & Technical Support in China:
Local team of support engineers are experienced and capable to carry out support services of GapGun across major automotive and aerospace manufacturing regions in China. Scope of service includes support of system repairs and calibration service, supply of electronic and hardware replacement parts, onsite training and troubleshooting, and technical (hardware, electrical, and programming) support for custom inline projects.

You may find it more convenient to contact them for support (see distributor listings), but you may also contact us directly.

calibration files

If you require a calibration file, please contact your local distributor with your sensor head serial number.

If your GapGun is connected to the internet you can download the calibration file directly by using the “Download” function. 

Self-service portal

Self-service allows you to register support cases, monitor progress, and browse solutions.

Registered self-service users can login here; if you would like a self-service account, email support@third.com, including either your support contract number or the serial number of your GapGun handle or data collector.
