Our philosophy is ‘work to live’ and although we are hardworking, we are also a fairly relaxed bunch of people. Our down to earth approach means we value close working relationships, work more productively in the open-plan office layout and try to make time for the occasional after-work social.

Being a global company, we have distribution partners and customers all over the world; therefore speaking another language is a big advantage. One day you could be working with a car, aircraft or wind turbine factory in Germany, and the next, a local parts supplier in Gloucester. 

Whether you’re in sales and marketing, finance, research and development or support and production, we promise to help develop your expertise. 

We also understand that everyone needs to recharge their batteries and relax every now and then, so we have a designated break-out area where our team can go to escape from their desks during lunch breaks – in fact, this is often where some of our best ideas originate!

We like to think of ourselves as a good egg. We’re a stable and ethically sound company with solid business practices, and a free range working environment!

Caring for our staff is paramount; after all, unhappy staff makes for unhappy customers. Although we don’t like to boast about it, working conditions are pretty good.

It goes without saying that you’ll get a competitive salary along with a whole range of other benefits including; a profit share scheme and flexible working hours, plus an option to own part of the company after two years’ service.

We’ll also contribute 5% towards your pension, plus there’s private healthcare, childcare vouchers, 25 days’ holiday (well you’d expect that) – which increases after long service, and a bike scheme (we’re trying to get fit and be green!). 

In terms of career prospects, we like to promote from within by funding qualifications such as BTEC, HNC and HND, as well as MBAs. We believe in the power of apprenticeships, most recently in digital marketing and several others who started out as production apprentices and have worked their way up through the company into highly responsible positions.
